🚚 Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
📦 U.S. Shipping
Most of our orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse for faster delivery. When this is the case, you can expect your order to arrive in 5–10 business days after shipment.
Free Shipping is available on all orders across the contiguous United States — no minimum purchase required.
However, during high-demand seasons, or if the item you’ve ordered is a custom piece, it may need to be shipped directly from our factory in Guangzhou, China. Shipping by ocean freight typically takes 25-35 business days. Our team will keep you updated on the progress of your order, and we will provide tracking information as soon as your item ships.
Local Warehouse Priority
When stock is available in our local warehouse, we prioritize shipping from there to get your order to you faster. If the product needs to be shipped from the factory, we will notify you promptly, and shipping may take longer.
💰 Shipping Costs
We’re committed to keeping costs low for our customers. As a direct-to-consumer brand, we work hard to control our expenses and pass those savings onto you. All domestic shipping within the contiguous United States is free.
If your order is coming from our factory in China, you will be notified of any shipping costs, and we will ensure you receive the most accurate delivery estimates.
📅 Holidays & Peak Seasons
During holidays or peak seasons (such as sales events), shipping times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. While we do everything we can to avoid delays, please note that ocean freight can be impacted during these times, and delivery could take up to 35 business days.
