🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team at gogolemonlove@gmail.com to confirm the reason for your return and receive the correct return warehouse address.

⚠️ Please do not return your package to the original shipping address on the parcel — this may cause the package to be lost.

Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • If the issue is caused by the customer (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind, incorrect address),
    → The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the issue is caused by Gogolemon (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item),
    → We will cover the return shipping costs.

All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once your returned package has been received and inspected by our warehouse,
    refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you do not receive your refund after this time, please contact us or your card provider for confirmation.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
    If you need assistance with an existing order, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible.
